To
all the Staff at Pacific Palms,
This is just a note to express my deep thanks
for all the services rendered while i was patient
at Pacific Palms. I really appreciated the many
daily kindnesses shown me by the aids and the
physical and occupational therapists who worked
to help me recuperate from the fall I had in
my home. Their kindness and encouragement was
a great comfort to me during my stay. I am glad
to back in my own little home,
and I am feeling stronger each day.
I would also like to thank your front office staff
for all the help and assistance given me and my
family during my stay at Pacific Palms.
